ASG Consulting were appointed by a block management company based in Manchester, on behalf of the Right to Manage (RTM) company for the block, to prepare floorplans and elevations of the building.
Project Overview
The RTM company, having acquired the right to manage the property from the landlord, sought to obtain accurate and detailed floorplans and elevations of the building. This information is crucial for various aspects of property management, including maintenance planning, insurance valuations, and potential improvement projects.

Set up a dedicated booking system, allowing residents to choose convenient time slots for access to their units.
Provided multiple contact methods, including phone and email, for residents to ask questions or reschedule if needed.
On-Site Survey
ASG's surveyors conducted the on-site work efficiently and professionally:
Utilised advanced laser measuring equipment to ensure accuracy and speed.
Photographed key features and architectural elements for reference.
Maintained a courteous and respectful demeanor when entering residents' home
Adhered to all health and safety protocols, including wearing appropriate PPE.

Following the on-site survey, ASG's technical team swiftly processed the collected data:
Used specialised CAD software to create detailed, scaled floorplans of each unit and common areas.
Developed accurate elevations of the building's exterior, highlighting architectural features and potential maintenance areas.
